A picnic is the easiest thing catering does. There is no room to set, no service to time and nothing to keep hot — just food that travels well and arrives looking like someone thought about it.
Everything we send to an event starts where the restaurants start: made fresh that morning, in the kitchen the order came from. For a picnic the shortlist writes itself — Sandwich Trays on artisan bread, Deli Trays, Power Bowls, and Lunch Boxes if you would rather everyone carry their own. National Picnic Day falls on April 23. The park is open the rest of the year too.
