Our Clematis Street location came through the week''s health inspection with a perfect score, and the Palm Beach Post ran the list.

Eddie Ritz's weekly roundup for The Palm Beach Post, published August 12, 2026, listed the Palm Beach County restaurants that came through inspection with nothing found for the week of August 3-9.
More than a dozen restaurants earned a perfect score that week, and only a few were pictured. Crema Gourmet on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach was one of them:
"Located on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, Crema Gourmet recently got a perfect score on their health inspection for Aug. 3-9."
It is not the kind of press anyone frames, but it is the kind we care about most. Every plate that leaves our kitchens is made fresh in that kitchen, and a clean inspection is the floor we hold ourselves to, not the ceiling.
