Lead the restaurant, grow the team and own the guest experience end to end.
As Store Manager you run the whole restaurant — front and back. You’ll lead and coach the team, own scheduling and standards, hit your numbers, and make the judgment calls that keep guests coming back. Most of our managers started behind the bar; this is where hospitality becomes leadership.
What you’ll do
- Lead, hire and coach the team
- Own daily operations, scheduling and standards
- Drive sales, labor and cost targets
- Create a second-home experience for every guest
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years restaurant leadership
- Calm, organized and people-first
- Comfortable owning P&L and KPIs
- Open availability including weekends
