Crema Gourmet opened in 2012 as a single neighborhood restaurant. More than a decade later, it has become something steadier: a table you can count on, where slow-pulled espresso, fresh-pressed juices, all-day breakfast, wholesome bowls, salads, sandwiches and pasta all live under one roof.
Because a good meal was never only about the food. It was about the table, the morning, and the people around it. Real ingredients, made fresh, seven days a week.

Meet the
Partners
Ioannis Sotiropoulos and Efthymios Paliouras are the co-founders of Crema Gourmet and SP Hospitality Group, and the vision behind everything that reaches your table.
Both originally from Greece, they have been owners and operators of restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues since 1998 — in Athens, Mykonos, Miami, and New York.
Today, SP Hospitality Group brings that European standard of hospitality across the United States, with prime destinations to eat, drink, and gather.
